An article on late distinguished Artist K Madhava Menon published by Kerala Lalithakala Akademi (March 2015)

K Madhava Menon was an artist born in Kerala, boyhood in Adayar and who travelled across India. He reached Santhiniketan to learn art but was not a student at Kalabhavana. Hence Nandalal Bose became his teacher, Menon acquired the vibe of Santiniketan.  Can’t we figure out that studentship through his paintings? I think yes, on the one hand, he reflects Nandalal Bose in his approach as the quality of being lyrical and, on the other hand, with the deep theosophical background.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C._Madhava_Menon
